COX SANITATION & HAULING FAQ

Routes start promptly at 7 a.m.  We advise all residents to have all items out the night before.

Plastics #1-7, tin, aluminum, newspaper, Cardboard (boxes must be broken down flat), 

**glass is NO longer acceptable**

All household trash (must be bagged), no paint, no construction debris or large bulk items

Please call the office and request a special pick up for extra items, furniture, appliances etc. 

We accept payments by phone, mail or online. You can pay by check, money order, or credit card. We accept VISA, American Express, and MasterCard. We now offer electronic billing to reduce our paper billing. Call Customer Service for more information 770-924-0856

Customers are billed quarterly. Your statement will be in your mail/email one month prior to your due date.

Sandy Springs requires all haulers to charge a pass thru fee of 5%.  This is mandatory and completely passed to the City of Sandy Springs.  We cannot waive this fee.

We are closed on New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. If the holiday falls on your scheduled service day, your trash will be picked up on the following day. All remaining pickups for that week will be delayed one day.
